For the leaders and educators on the frontlines. I train the mentors, educators, and community guides who show up for the girlies every day. Through Gyrl & Co., I deliver workshops that transform how adults engage with youth, shifting the focus from "fixing" girls to empowering them to lead and thrive.
For years, my mission has been simple: change systems so they actually work for the marginalized communities who deserve better. And I didn't learn how to do that from a textbook—it's forged in the real work, on the ground, every single day.
As an award-winning youth advocate, my journey has taken me from the grassroots neighborhoods of Cleveland all the way to Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. and City Hall, fighting for systemic changes like securing resolutions for clothing insecurity. Whether I'm showing up as a student advisor, leading in the boardroom, or on the frontlines for the girlies, my work is rooted in a single truth: we cannot build thriving systems without the people who live in them.
