About Your Instructor

With a lifetime of advocating for the next generation and over six years of rigorous, community-led mission work in Cleveland, Ohio, Brittney brings a powerful blend of grassroots experience and executive strategy to every training space. As the founder of the non-profit PEARLS and the boutique consulting firm Gyrl and Co., her work is rooted in a single, unshakeable truth: real transformation happens when we stop trying to "fix" youth and start changing the systems around them.

A Who’s Who honoree and an inductee into the John Hay High School Hall of Fame for community service, Brittney is a nationally recognized voice in youth advocacy, self-esteem frameworks, and equitable leadership. Her approach marries fierce community dedication with a deeply grounded philosophy of intentional solitude and energy protection—teaching leaders how to show up powerfully without burning out.

Whether she is facilitating professional development for educators, speaking on the narrative realities of inner-city youth, or designing institutional frameworks, Brittney delivers sessions that are authentic, deeply reflective, and entirely actionable.
